Early-access emails are stored privately
If you join the Pilot Pro early-access list, we store your email address, selected plan, signup source, consent version and submission dates in Cloudflare D1. Duplicate submissions update your plan preference rather than create duplicate entries. Your email is not treated as verified and joining does not create an account, subscription or payment authorization.
Only the authorized, verified administrator can view the list. Submitting the form does not send an email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. Your email is never included in analytics events or public pages. Outbound availability emails remain disabled; the operator must implement removal-request handling and unsubscribe controls before sending any future campaign.
Optional accounts are separate from free analysis and billing
If you create an account, we store your name, email, verification status, account identifiers, password hash (not your plain-text password), and session records in Cloudflare D1. Session records may include IP address and browser information for security. Google sign-in, when configured, also stores provider account and token information.
Necessary HTTP-only account cookies keep you signed in for up to seven days. A short encrypted session cache lasts five minutes; a session revoked on another device can remain recognized until that cache expires. Verification and recovery emails use the configured email provider; Cloudflare Turnstile protects enabled email sign-in. Authentication data is not sent as Analytics event parameters.
Creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing or a paid plan. Saved drafts and checklists still live in your browser, not the account database. Billing remains separate and does not automatically follow you across devices. The operator must review retention, deletion-request handling and consent requirements before production activation.
The free analyzer does not require an account
The free analyzer does not ask you to create an account or submit a name, email address, league password, or payment information. Trade selections are processed in the browser for the interactive result shown on the page.
Optional Pro subscriptions use Stripe
If checkout is enabled and you choose a Pro plan, Stripe hosts the payment page and processes the payment details you enter there. Fantasy Trade Pilot receives Stripe customer, checkout, and subscription identifiers needed to confirm access and open Stripe's billing portal. This site does not receive full card numbers.
The site stores a signed, HTTP-only browser cookie containing a Stripe customer identifier to recognize your active membership. It is used to check subscription status on member pages and normally expires after 90 days. This initial version has no cross-device access recovery. If you lose the browser cookie, contact the site operator before subscribing again.
Hosting and analytics providers process technical data
The hosting provider may process standard technical information required to deliver and secure the service, such as IP address, browser type, request time, and requested page.
This site also uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand aggregate traffic and page usage. Analytics data may include device and browser information, approximate location, referring pages, pages viewed, and interaction timing.
Additional saved-data features require a policy update
A future Sleeper league import, saved analysis, email alert, or cross-device saved-trade feature would involve additional data. This page should be updated before any of those features launch.
