Use the deadline shown inside your league. Platform defaults, commissioner changes, review windows and time zones can all affect the last safe action. This page intentionally does not print one universal 2026 date.
Sleeper closes after the selected week’s final game
Sleeper says trading remains open through all games of the commissioner-selected deadline week and closes when that week’s final game ends. Trades accepted before the deadline may still process after it. Commissioners can change or disable the deadline. Sleeper Support, updated April 22, 2026.
ESPN distinguishes acceptance from review
ESPN says the deadline is the latest time a trade can be offered and accepted; its support guidance also says voting and commissioner veto/uphold actions must be completed before the deadline. Public and League Manager leagues can differ. ESPN Fan Support, updated August 11, 2026.
Yahoo private settings can differ
Yahoo’s current football settings page directs managers to the season’s important dates and says private-league commissioners can adjust league settings; it also lists a default two-day trade rejection time. Deadline trade checklist
- Confirm the platform, league type and commissioner setting.
- Record the displayed date, time and time zone.
- Check whether acceptance or completed review is required.
- Leave a buffer for the other manager and any review period.
- Capture the setting before proposing a time-sensitive offer.
